What is your return policy ?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
How to wash ?
We suggest washing your Glowdess house products as necessary. You can either hand wash and air dry or machine wash and air dryon a delicate cycle or at a temperature of 30 degrees celsius or less. Avoid putting your products in the dryer.
Can I use my products on wet or damp hair ?
No, you must use your product on dry, styled hair and don't use it on damp or wet hair.

What is the delivery time ?
All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Kindly note that pre orders take more days to be produced. You can refer to the product page to know the approximate delivery date.
Track my order
To track your order, simply open the email we sent you after your purchase. You'll be directed to the order tracking page where you can follow the real-time status and location of your shipment.
Where is my order ?
You have received a track & trace code so you can keep an eye on your package. Worried something went wrong ? Please send us a mail to glowdesshouse@gmail.com so we can help you out.
Can I change my shipping address ?
Yes you can, only if the order wasn't dispatched from our offices yet. You can send us an email on glowdesshouse@gmail.com and we will update your information.
Can I cancel my order?
We only accept the cancellation of an order within 2 hours after its confirmation + if the order wasn't dispatched from our offices yet. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly send an email to glowdesshouse@gmail.com

Can I exchange an item?
We gladly accept the exchange of an unworn item within 14 days of its delivery date.
Any returned item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn).
In order to process your exchange, kindly send an email to glowdesshouse@gmail.com stating the following:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
