These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Glowdess House through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Products All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing All prices listed on our website are in aed and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees, which will be added at checkout.

Orders By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment Payment for orders is processed securely through our chosen payment gateway. We accept payment by Card, PayPal, and Stripe. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Except for Pre orders, timing will be on the product page. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the order and the delivery location.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
