Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Glowdess house, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying and transparent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified period.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at glowdesshouse@gmail.com with the details of the exchange. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is our error. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs by sending you a return tracking number.
